National Sales Executive
SUMMARY

The fun begins with you managing your individual sales activities (book of business) and proposal process and drive at least $1 Million dollars in sales volume per calendar year. The ideal candidate will be able to drive 1.5MM-3MM plus per year in sales as they advance in their career at our firm. Terralever primarily derives its revenue from on-line strategy/marketing engagements and high-end interactive development projects (websites). We believe in strategy first……then creative and technical development followed by driving results through online marketing. Terralever is headquartered in downtown Tempe, Arizona.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:  

If you are doing the job then you know the game: You will be contacting new or pre-existing relationships to drive proposals and business prospects. Through a clear understanding of a customers’ business you will help develop strategic marketing plans for maximizing their investment in online marketing  With our phenomenal staff, you will be coming up with new on-line creative programs, concepts and branding experiences for some of the largest companies in the United States. You will be communicating with qualified prospects to obtain RFP’s. You will assist with the internal strategic, creative, technical and development teams in the creation, writing and budgeting of your proposals that will drive revenue for our clients and develop raving clients for Terralever.  

Are we having fun yet?

You will also prepare business pipeline reports and keep expense account reports as directed.  You will maintain up-to-date sales activity logs in the CRM system and you will conduct industry research to stay current on best practices and emerging trends in Online Marketing
You will also work with assigned account managers and project managers to keep projects on track with client expectations. You will maintain contact with clients to answer questions, handle concerns and investigate and resolve customer problems with delivery of services. And finally, you get to handle the accolades from a great debrief session with a client who just might become a friend.

Direct Experience (those without need not apply), passion, tenacity, competency, integrity and a love of the game.

What matters most, Education or Experience?
At least three-years experience in selling what we do. We prefer five plus years experience with a solid track record. Terralever prefers a minimum of a four year college education but if you have a Masters or PHD, we will not hold it against you.
