ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
If you are doing the job then you know the game. You need to know about and be hands on in implementing many of the following online marketing techniques:
PPC: You really understand manage paid search marketing campaigns using Google Adwords, Yahoo/Overture & MSN. You have an in-depth understanding of CTR & ROI. You are experienced in banner ads & display advertisement along with link & media buying.
SEO: You need to be an expert in all aspects of search engine marketing and natural search optimization plus you need to have an in depth knowledge of ethical techniques accepted by major search engines like Google, Yahoo, and MSN.
Web Analytics: You have extensive knowledge of web traffic analytical software such as Ominture, Google Analytics, Coremetrics, Webtrends, Urchin, etc. and a thorough understanding of analyzing data reports for SEO, PPC, Shopping Engines, etc.
Email Marketing: We don’t need you to cut up the HTML, we’ve got that covered. What you should be versed in is segmentation, a/b testing, persuasive copy and a thirst for higher conversion rates. We like Exact Target, but if you’ve used an equivalent you’ll be fine.
Affiliate Marketing: You’ve created and optimized affiliate marketing programs before. From defining the payout, getting marketers on board, and strategizing activities to propel revenue, you’ll be creating performance-based affiliate programs for clients in various industries.
Social Media: You have extensive background in Social Media and its use in Online Marketing with an in-depth knowledge into utilizing the right types of social media for different types of clients and market spaces.
Word of Mouth Marketing: You can bring to the table experience in managing online word of mouth marketing campaigns. Seeding the online communities with creative information about products, services and brands in order to spread brand and move product.
Blogs: Be a blogger and have a deep knowledge of search marketing uses of Blogs & RSS Feeds.
Online Brand Management: You posses a passionate and in-depth knowledge of online reputation and brand management by monitoring various outlets such as search engines, blogs, social communities. You are an expert in optimizing press releases for the web to maximize subject matter exposure.

We believe in teamwork, so you will also work with assigned account managers, strategists and project managers to keep projects on track and within client expectations. You will help drive results. And finally, you get to handle the accolades from a client who just might become a fan.

Direct Experience (those without need not apply), passion, tenacity, competency, integrity and a love of the game.
What matters most, Education or Experience?
At least three-years experience in doing what we do. We prefer five plus years experience with a solid track record. Terralever prefers a minimum of a four year college education but if you have a Masters or PHD, we will not hold it against you.
