Terralever is currently seeking an Interactive Project Manager to manage the full life-cycle of our interactive engagements. This individual will serve as the main point of contact with clients, internal and external teams and be responsible for overall success of these engagements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years interactive project management and/or account management experience
• Knowledgeable on the latest online marketing strategy and tactics
• Working knowledge of web application development, design and marketing
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently

Responsibilities will include:

• Create detailed project plans, budget estimates and schedules
• Identify and resolve risks that maybe encountered during the course of a project
• Ensure completion of deliverables and adherence to timelines
• Recommend new business opportunities, new systems and processes, and improvements in operations
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project, its team, scope and budget

Flash Production Artist

Skills:

• Minimum 2 years experience in developing Flash animations and designs.
• The ability to precisely bring to life designs in a timely fashion.
• Thrive in a fast turnaround, high-pace work atmosphere.
• The ability to build out similar concepts off a master design with direction.
• A good sense of typography, color, contrast and shape.
• Should have some efficiency in ActionScript 2. Object-oriented skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of Flash best practices in timeline animation and flash embedding.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus.
• Javascript knowledge a big plus.
• Sense of teamwork to work in the trenches alongside designers and developers.
• Ability to communicate effectively your ideas.

Your role would be to take static comps and functional requirements and develop the final flash deliverable. This involves developing web sites, advertisements, applications and games. After taking direction from designers and project managers you would add animation and movement to interface elements. You would also be tasked in adding and editing basic ActionScript on buttons, slideshows, and scenes. Flash elements would need to be embedded in, and communicate with, web pages via JavaScript. Best practices should be used throughout. Besides flash creation, developing and maintaining existing flash applications and elements would be expected. The ability to understand and work within unfamiliar files and get results fast is a big plus.

Senior Interactive(Flash) Developer

Skills:

• Develop OOP based Flash Applications primarily in ActionScript.
• Strong knowledge of Object-oriented programming methodologies, regardless of language.
• An understanding of design patterns, and how to apply them to real-world situations.
• The ability to communicate/work effectively within a team.
• Using software development tools to model, test and deploy applications.
• An ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Clean functional sense of design a plus.

Knowledge:

• Proficient in Actionscript 1, 2, and 3 programming and Flex 2 mxml.
• Understanding of remote data services (SOAP, JSON, REST).
• Knowledge of software development tools such as Enterprise Architect, Ant, Subversion, and Trac (or similar).
• Working knowledge of javascript, html, and css. Specifically how they relate to flash development best practices.
• Ability to work in graphics programs would be nice but not required.
• Knowledge of the command line is a Good Thing.

You would be part of our interactive development team, developing applications, page elements, and games for small companies to global brands. You would work with a project team consisting of designers, developers, illustrators, animators, and other talented professionals. You would be required to engage in all aspects of the development process on different phases of software development. This includes writing specifications at the beginning of a project, up to supporting legacy applications at the end of their life cycle.

Front-End Developer

Terralever is on the lookout for an experienced Front-End Developer. The right candidate genuinely enjoys new learning experiences and is on the lookout for appropriate ways to implement bleeding-edge technologies. This candidate willhave appreciation for the web standards and strive towards pixel-perfection. They will be “solution” oriented in their problem solving abilities and an effective communicator in a team environment. We are looking for someone who can bring forth solutions where aesthetics of a page and integrity of code can exist together without compromising the effectiveness of each other. This candidate will need to be comfortable multi-tasking and very skilled at time management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Hand authoring of cross-browser, cross platform HTML and CSS
• Work closely with Designers, Back-End Developers and Project Managers to develop/implement many online properties as they were intended
• Creation of web pages and optimized web graphics for Photoshop and Illustrator
• Understand and employ best practices in Search Engine Marketing methodologies
• Drive decisions regarding the implementation of applications and websites
• Problem solve user interface development challenges utilizing various technologies
• Testing for browser compatibility on all projects
• Participate in the creation of estimates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or 1 – 2 years relate experience and/or training; or equivalent combination and experience
• 2 - 4 years experience working on a variety of web-based projects
• Strong hand coding of standards based HTML & CSS
• Practical experience with any of the following is a plus:

.NET Web Applications Developer

Terralever, located in Tempe, AZ, is currently seeking an experienced .NET Web Application Developer with strong object-oriented development skills. The candidate will have a unique opportunity to be a part of a team which leverages emerging technologies, to construct innovative applications built upon the Microsoft .NET framework. The candidate will have an opportunity to contribute to the creation, enhancement, testing, and support of applications for many leading industry clients.

Overall Requirements:

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in object-oriented web-based application development, with a strong working knowledge of relational databases and the Microsoft .NET framework. Candidates must have at minimum 3 years of solid experience constructing ASP.NET applications and must be proficient in C# and ASP.net. Each candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They must have the ability to work both independently and as a member of team, in a fast paced environment within challenging deadlines. Each candidate should have a strong desire to work in small collaborative groups on multiple simultaneous projects, using agile methodologies of design.

Technical Requirements:

• Knowledge of Windows 2003
• Administrative and programming knowledge of SQL Server 2000 and 2005
• Working knowledge of C#, Visual Basic.NET, ASP.Net and ADO.Net
